Never change the gear from P (Park)
or N (Neutral) to any other position
with the accelerator pedal depressed.
Never change the gear into P (Park)
when the vehicle is moving.
Stop the vehicle completely before
changing the gear into R

Be sure the parking brake is not
engaged and the parking brake indicator
light is off before driving.
The vehicle will not stop as quickly if
the brakes are wet. Apply the brakes
lightly until the braking action returns
to normal.
